Redemption item nondespatch

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one HP laptop on 20.02.2009 and as a redemption offer remitted them Rs 1299.00 alongwith all papers as required by them to Solutions Digitas for one Camera purchase.

The papers has been processed by them on 09.03.2009 but till date they have not despatched my camera.

On repeated reminders they are mentioning we are in short of the item. There Address is HP Redemption cell, C/O Solutions Digitas, Okhla Industrial area, New Delhi - 110020.

My SID Number is 607824.

Lodged one Request to them again on today.
