I would like to state that from my saving account No. 030028844780,
I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from ICICI ATM [ S1CW2847 ], Pune on 01/07.
I got “TRANSACTION DECLINED”, "UNABLE TO PROCESS", "TXN NO: 4084" slip.
As, I was urgent need of cash I went to SBI ATM [ S1AC00045444 ],
Pune and again tried to withdraw Rs. 5000/-. Here, also I got
"SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS", TXN NO. 6053.
I surprised when I seen online that out of two transaction denials
one had been reversed with entries "COR CSH WDL" and other was shown
as withdrawal. Hence, finally, my cash balance was less by Rs. 5000/-.
In the same day I talk to HELPLINE 1800112211, he said that
within 24 Hrs the amount will credited in your account. However, its still not
credited to my account.
Hence, I would like to request you that please credit the amount
back to my saving account as soon as possible.
