I, Ranu Dey, vill p.o.-kamalpur, District-Bankura, w.b.-722137 (CONSUMER NO.-12869), am facing a lot of problem in booking my gas cylinder. My messenger was attended with domestic gas consumer card on 11th sept for booking of Cylinder after 37 days after last booking. But CHANDRA GAS AGENCY, MACHANTALA, BANKURA (dist. town), W.B.-722101 refused to book on that day i.e. 11.09.2009. According to them a single cylinder would be supplied for TWO MONTHS as "A SINGLE CYLINDER SHOULD SERVE FOR 2 MONTHS!!! ". They told my messenger to come after another 10 days and recieve the gas after 20 days. More over they needs a separeate application to book the gas each & every time.
