Money deducted from bank

Hi

I booked my ticket in IRCTC online through net banking... while booking the session of IRCRC wesite expired... but money deducted from the bank... there is no email for ticket booking acknowledgement from IRCTC..I want to refund my money..plz help me what i want to do?
