Bill correction of cash payment made

I had paid bill no 93/lk52/p651 for the month 9 by cash vide receipt no. 796953 dated 30/10 for Rs. 5533/-. I have wrote 10 reminders duly acknowledged but till date the bills have not been corrected. My connection was also disconnected for a while in 6 and after paying on account it was reonnected.

Now it seems they have deaf ears or they have pocked my cash!

What more i an do?
