Dear Sir,
1) We have purchased Maruti Swift Dzire against invoice No. VSL08001247 dated 31.07.2008 bearing Registration No. DL7CH4698 of Silky Silver – Z2S Colour from M/s Bagga Link Motors Limited.
2) We are sorry to point out that after first Service as on 17.08.2008 Colour of running boards of got faded which is giving ugly and shabby look.
3) The problem was attended by your So-called Professional Mechanic during 1st service by doing additional spray on the spot followed by rubbing etc at M/s Bagga Link Motors Limited. The car was then returned to us without any action on the running board by them saying that they will take up the matter with maruti people, but till date we have not hared anything from them in the matter.
4) From the above, it appears that your Company is either using sub-standard paint or your painting process is very poor or poor touch paints have been provided on the paints on the damage surface before handing over the delivery to the customer, due to which this kind of problem has been faced by us in the car.
5) We have purchased the car keeping in view the reputation of Maruti Brand in the national and international market but the kind of experience we had, we feel that we have done the mistake or a second hand car has been passed-on to us, due to the reasons best known to Maruti / Maruti Dealers.
6) This kind of temporary method adopted by your Works in repairing the paint of new car is not acceptable and under the circumstances, why should this cars having coating of poor quality paint be not returned to you.
