I am sorry to inform you that I had purchased a ‘Swift Desire’ about six months ago from Stan Autos, Ludhiana. In reference to this I have the following complaint (s)
that at the time of so called FREE services, I had to pay for various charges on
pretext of oil change, weights for alignment, polishing after washing etc
Further that recently I got my car repaired for denting and painting from Stan Autos. After the repair job was done I found that fog lamps of the car were not working and one of the four floor mats were missing. Even after the repeated complaints to the concerned dealer, I did not get any satisfactory reply and finally when the undersigned personally visited the dealer on dated December 24 with the complaint, they refused to repair the fog lamps on the pretext that lights are not covered under warranty and that they are not responsible for the missing mat. Regarding this I would like to say that:
a) fog lamps were working fine before the car was given for repair and when I have paid for the entire car of which fog lamps are an integral part why is that they are not covered under warranty?
b) if the dealer is not responsible for the missing mat, who else is?
