Arrogant behaviour of staff, Pragathinagar branch

We bought sum items from pragathingar branch a few days ago, we found a tooth brush was billed but was not found in our items home delivered. I went n complained few days later, as we get only time on weekends, the lady over there was soo rude that she bluntly told that i was lying. We bought goods worth of 3200 from there, would i lie for a 26 rupees worth brush, this is rediculous. We want sum action to be taken against More staff Pragathinagar as soon as possible.
