We are having MTNL garuda FWT connection no. 24505728 in the name of Elex Marketing Solutions (P) Ltd. since last three years. Some how the telephone instrument was not functioning properly. We approached to concern sanchar haat for rectification of our problem. The answer we got was surprising one they advised us to terminate the connection as the telephone instrument is not in their stock. I was shocked as we are using this no. since a long and this is our business no. Earlier twice it happened to us when instrument was not available with them for replacement of faulty set and we kept waiting 3-4 weeks for change. After getting this irresponsible treatment from Sanchar Haat we decided to terminate the connection. At least MTNL higher authority must review the matter or they don't need to care for subscribers.
