Claim not paid since April (Aprox one Year)
I met with an accident on 5th April and intimated the NIC well in time. To my great surprise the Nationa insurance (Sec26 Madhya Marg, Chandigarh) is not paying my claim till date. where as all the formalities have been completed by me. The branch also missed some documents which i again completed and handed over to them.
Once i called Mr. Marwari and wanted to know the status of the case, he repleid that he is in the market, i got him reminded that he is talking to me on land line phone call. one can judge the responsibility and attitude.
Is there any one who can help me to come out from this cruel game of NIC.
