I Sandeep Kumar got an idea net connection 9891834852 in my name on address 114/5A Shivaji Nagar Gurgaon on dated 14-05-09 and activated on same date but after activation it is not working properly and disconnect automatically and showing the activate status. I have lodged complaint many times Idea assure me to rectify the problem within one day but since it is not working properly. If it will not work properly then I will have to threw it in dustbin and will advise to all user not to take idea net connection because idea commitment and services is really really very poor.
