I was using your netsetter service for around 7-8 months. After 7-8 months, as it was of no use thus I requested to disconnect my service.
Your customer care officer called me and ask me to convert to Prepaid, I denied for it.
Then another customer care officer called me and told me that we can convert it to a regular prepaid card. I agreed on this.
Then on August 11, I visited your Law College, Pune CCC for migration and clearing the postpaid bill.
I still have not received my deposit of Rs. 250 paid at the time of activating netsetter connection.
The lady there gave me a SIM card and told me that it will be activated by August 16.
I made a top up of Rs. 10, but no service.
Then yesterday I visited the Law College CCC again. She asked me to recharge for Rs. 201 for activating Life time card.
I paid Rs. 201 and got a balance of Rs. 180
Incoming was activated for it at the same time. But outgoing was not activated.
So I visited your Law College CCC again.
Today they told me that your card can be used as a Netsetter Card only and no outgoing calls will be made.
I was shocked to hear that. I was duped with a word of Sorry.
If your company can keep its words then please provide a solution for it.
I only want a regular prepaid card or
else refund my Rs. 201 (along with the refund of deposit of Rs. 250 for netsetter) and disconnect my card.
