we have given the set N70-1 on 20/10 time 17:02 pm job sheet no 374434038-081021-52 given to balaji telecom Kunjibettu udupi- 576102.we have given cash of Rupees 1200/-for service charges for which no reciept has given, we have contacted number of times as they are giving lam excuses like setr as not come from head office .warranty ref no: APAINY139818739 Target Delivery Date :22/10 .Please look in to the matter immediatly as it is more than two months old.
