I've a prepaid aircel number under the scheme of 999 days validity. My phone number is 9614131665. I don't get any SMS from Reliance Smart subscribers. I've asked some of my smart users to send SMS but all failed. But they can send Sms to other aircel numbers. I've bought a new aircel sim with number 9614587182 but it also has the same problem. I've called the customer care many times but the result is nil. I badly need those sms but I don't know how.
