Not providing proper services

I am a user of airtel since 6 years and now i am facing lot many problems regarding this connection. i activated my gprs of 250 monthly subscription and without any information another scheme was activated which deducted browsing charges from my balance. and on complaining about this problem to customer care executive they ask to deactivate the unknowing activated service and i was asked to wait for 48hrs till its deactivation. then after the time of 48 hrs that unknowing scheme was still there which kept on reducing my balance. when i called to the customer care executive centre somebody ask to do something else and some one asked to do something else. atlast they deactivated my 250 monthly subscription scheme without telling me. and when i again called they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. now this is a height of something that yo people keep on harrasing people with such idiotic answers. so either you people should give back the same amount of money being lost or dont misguide people.
