Dear sir,

i am using your airtel sevicess since last 3 years . till last year i am very happy with u r servicess.but this year i am facing so many problems with in all parameters .1) the signals are very very bad. in some places all other services like idea, bsnl . works with good clearty of voice.but airtel no! signal. and no clearty in voice, realy headack..

2) tarrif.u people tempting the customers with your disturbing sms . incresase the charges, when i was taken the tarriff of 399/- per mounth . now with u r blessing it gone to more then 500/-

and the bill u r sending with out details u charge all indian taxes plus what what .. every month i will get less then - min per month.

3) using airtel is fear..

in banking i.c.i.c.i and tele communication airtel luting money from customers

5) i got ex with u . know i want to change my mobile servecess. this next month on wards i will go for VADAPHONE ..i think that the better. with n no of tarriff.

i am very happy that very soon i am coming out of hell
