how would you feel when asked to call the tollfree customer care number and then charged for it?
I Faced the same situation when i received an SMS in which it mentioned a tollfree number for airtel from airtel for some radio services, I just called the tollfree number where i found that it done subscribing to the radio on demand service, which was not desired.
I asked the customer care regarding this and they spoke arrogantly that you should have asked us prior calling to the so called "TOLL FREE" number and it was not to be solved anymore.
This is not the first time i've faced such a problem with the Airtel service.
F**k the AIRTEL service, it has always created some or the other problems to customer.
I KINDLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM AIRTEL IN ANY STATE..U CAN ASK FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MARKET.
