i am a airtel prepaid user and i m using net on phone service on airtel and my number is 09760449177. I downloaded harry poter game on my phone from airtel service in the date of 16 july but game did not download on my phone and 99Rs Was deducted from my phone by airtel. I complained about this on airtel customer service and they said to me that ur money or game will be returned til 20 july (1:30PM) and they wrote my complain in the date of 16 july and they gave me complain refrence num. 0716469546 but til after 20 july (1:30PM) nothing happened so again i called and asked about this but they said to me that ur complain will be completed til 20 july (12:30AM) but again nothing happened
so i called again and they said to me that ur complain will be completed but nothing is being done by them so i request to u plz help me.
