I have not activated caller tune services nor asked about them, still airtel has deducted amounts three times for activation of caller tune and for downloading of it. I complaint about this to customercare member Mr. Santosh for this reason, he only stop caller tune but not returned me the money, and only assured me to give me back within 48 Hrs.but yet money has not given back to me, and again they deducted money fourth times couple of days before for caller tune activation,
I told him that i have to register complaint against it and register my complaint and give me complaint registration number but he did not give complaint numbe
