Scheme activation

I was not requested to activate any kind of scheme.. But they activate it on 11 may (in eveng). They didnt register my complain, and they put me on hold n put me in waiting and takes so much tym.. I was not recieved any call from thier side but they activate it.. This is over to head and i want refund my money whic they have detuct from my account...
