This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased the above SIM card (9004878897) on 16/03 and since then I have been facing problems with your services. From the month of April onwards, I have been constantly receiving smses from your end, renewing and subscribing me for a couple of services, for which I have neither
sent any messages from my end either for renewal or subscription (e.g hello tunes-Rs.30/- for each subscription and yahoo zone -Rs.10/- for each subscription).
I have lost Rs.190/- in this process unnecessarily for no fault at my end. From the above, I would like to know WHY IS AIRTEL MANDATORILY SUBSCRIBING FOR SERVICES WHICH I AM LEAST INTERESTED?
I guess Airtel is trying to earn money from the public in this way with your shoddy services.
I contacted your office at Mulund -West (Gallery) a couple of times, but to no avail.
It is extremely shocking to know that there is no customer service officer at this branch to hear our complaints and each time we go with a complaint, we are asked to dial a number from their office & speak over the phone to register our complaint for which we do not receive any favourable feedback or solution.(Please note that AIRTEL HAS EMPLOYED INCAPABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS)
Kindly note that I want a REFUND of the amount (Rs.190/-) which I have lost, credited back to my account as soon as possible.
In case, it is not done, I would like to DISCONTINUE WITH YOUR AIRTEL SERVICES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND WOULD RATHER OPT FOR SOME OTHER SERVICES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN PLENTY IN THE MARKET.
Hoping that I will not be receiving a negative feedback from your end.
At present, my balance is NIL and kindly note that I will refill only POST REFUND OF THE ABOVE AMOUNT MENTIONED.
WE ARE NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN ANY ADDITIONAL STUPID SERVICES OF AIRTEL.
