Misbehavior of representative

Hello Sir,

This is in regard to misbehaviour of one of the representative in Airtel customer relationship shop at Kormangala near Maharaja hotel. The name of the person is Aziz as he told to me he was screaming at me("Go and Compalin") when i told that you didn't gave sufficient information regarding Mobile Number Portability (MNP).

Please take a strict action against him as it leaves a bad impression infront of the customer.
