I had made two payments in January of this year to Airtel. One payment was posted and the other one has not been posted even after almost six months of making the payment. Even after giving Airtel ample proof of my making the payment in January itself in the form of Bank Statement and Bank Certificate, Airtel has been harrassing and hounding me for this payment and using tactics like freuently barring my outgoing calls and frequent smses and calls by their executives.
I have run from pillar to post, complained at their customer service, showed my statement and certificate at airtel showroom, emailed to appellate authority, nodal officer, but to no avail.
Everyone I have spoken to understands my problem and justifies my payment also, but nothing has been done to rectifythe problem and this is causing me great inconvenience as my outgoing is barred again and again.
I feel that airtel has very poor standards and everyone keeps on putting off work and they have a very lazy and laidback attitude towards their customers and I feel as if this is a Govt office instead of a professionally managed company.
I had sent a scanned copy of the bank certificate clearly mentioning two seperate cheques each of Rs 773 being paid to Airtel from my account (in January) in my 09/05 email to you. But still you are asking me to provide the same to you. Now I have a feeling that either you people are doing it on purpose or you are putting the blame of your incompetence on me since the payment is not tracable from your end and there is no doubt that it was cleared from my bank as per the bank statement and the certificate. Since it not my perorgative and only a lapse at your end, therefore I should not be made to suffer for it.
Anyways, just to clear all your doubts I am again sending the same attachment for your reference.
Please do the needful to clear this matter once and for all.
