I purchased a prepaid no from Airtel on 19 dec. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.
I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Office at vikas marg in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form, and she gave me receipt. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my no started.
After two days, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my no. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".
I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem.
Please suggest.
