Subject: Non payment of interest on booking amount Rs.700000/-of a plot by ANSAL API
sir, we have booked a plot in Mohali in the joint names (sudhir kalra & ajay mahendru) in a pre launch scheme of Ansal Township & Projects Ltd.on 27/04 throgh their distributors north delhi construction &investment pvt. Ltd. with the cheques of Rs.233000 & 467000 respectivly dt 27/04 & cheques has been encashed on 29/04. After several visits to their office they could not delivered the plot to us & however they refunded our advance of Rs. 700000/- on DEC. 2007 (after aprox.two years) WITHOUT INTEREST saying interest of appx. TWO YEARS will be paid in months time & we have excepted the cheques of Rs. 233000 & 467000 under protest. Now appx. one year have passed they have not refunded our interst as today. The concered officer of Ansal API Mr. SUDHIR SOLANKI has comitted severel times but could not stand his words. Now it is requested to you please look the matter to solve our problem.
