Hi,

I am sankar san ray, two month old customer of airtel, my mob no.9958484775, i faced chitting by airtel second time, my last query for game subscription that is not activate by me. but my a/c has deducted many time! finanaly the problem is resolved, now i faced a fress problem. i have been charged Rs 30/- from my mobile a/c for hellotune subscribtion, where i never active for such kind of services. And try to talk customer care no 121, 198 many time for solve the problem. but i am not abe to talk .even call has been diconnetion before connect to customer care executive, also tried *121# and conformed there is no seevice are activated! So how shuld it possible that i had charged Rs 30/- for hello tune, i conformed by airtel message.now I want a permanent soluation for the querry, thanks hope for a better resolvation
