DEDUCTION FROM MAIN BALANCE

This is Rajesh. I am using AIRTEL prepaid service under the number 9003208250. Till now I never faced problem with your service but today I am totally disappointed with your customer care 198.

I made a call for gas refill booking for the number 8124024365. After finishing the call there are two messages in my inbox from AD-54321 stating

"Thanks for downloading Java game from Airtel. Your have been charged Rs 65."

and the other message with the download link.

I am confused about what happened and called customer care and they are in no position to explain what happened and their only reply to me is that I manually downloaded which costed me Rs 65. Even I told them I didnt do it their reply remained the same.

Even I asked them what I have to do, so this wont repeat, no answer from them and they were only eager on finishing the call.

Then I Came to conclusion customer care centers are not care takers of customers, they just handle the customers for their clients and wont try to resolve the issues.
