I, R.Sawant is a regular reader of Times of India. I dont have any complaints regarding the newspaper but the newspaper agents here in vasai where we reside, cause lot of troubles. Sometimes the newspapers are delivered with few pages missing and sometimes not delivered at all. Also if we want to complain the newspaperwallahs they say that they have exchanged the agencies by mutual understanding and so we should contact the other person. Sorry to say but we have other important things to do rather than calling these people. I request you to please look in to the matter and take appropriate action.
