WRONG CALCULATION IN BILL

Hi,

I am staying in munnekolla, marathahalli. My nov bill units has wrongly calculated. I always get bill RS. 500-600 (around 100-150Units)

This month i got bill RS. 1113, when i checked the reading previous reading 6807 and present reading DL.

When i checked the meter it shows 6938. but they charged me for 262 units.

but the current usage is 6938-6807 = 131 Units.

i used only 131 units but they charged for 262 units please help me.
