Non payment of Gratuity after retirement

Hi,

I am Krishna Murthy T L, who worked in Hindustan Machine Tools Ltd (MBX) in Jalahalli, Bangalore which is a public sector undertaking, got retired on the 30th of April. I have worked in HMT for over 35 years.

Till now even after several repeated reminders and letter submission, i still havent received my gratuity amount and there has no response from the management and the HR of HMT Ltd (MBX).
