PF amount is not credited

Hi,

I haven't received my amount.it is been 4th months since i filed.

its showing that my amount is settled and cheque dispatched on 27/01. money of R 0 sent to my bank account.

but i didnt receive money in my amount.

I have spoke with my bank, they said that they didn't receive any cheque from bank.

tell me how can i get my money.
