SRA FLAT ALLOTMENT METHOD

Hello Members,

I charmis pala is asking for an immediate help from the members,

please thoroughly guide me for the below mentioned topics

I have a complaint for the SRA scheme

I have a room in a chawl, And the relative builders cam and we approved for the REDEVELOPMENT scheme

The Builder promised us to finish the project during this diwali

Totally there are 3 buildings from which the first building is constructed

And the builders promised us to give the allotment in the first building

Due to certain circumstances the builder is telling that he ll be giving us the allotment in the second building. Whereas our room was the first to be Demolished.

Kindly please guide me that in which process the allotment to the number of building is decided.

Please guide me as soon as possible.
