Local calling balance paid instead of main balance in roming

Sir, my no. is 9987247377 (mumbai). I'm in roming area in delhi. I had reacharged with rs. 50 on 18th march, but i got only 100 local minutes, till 1april, that's too not valid in roming. I hv't used any minute, so i request you to please provide me my balance instead of minutes. I will be thankful to u. Amit
