Non payment of security refund

Dear sir,

i am from berhampore, west bengal.i had a pstn connection 03482252534 and i surrender it 16-07.To day 19-06 still i did not get any refund money. i have comminucated berhampore office they told me your application are lost. i have surrender receipt and show them. they told me for re application. and i again put application on 16/03 but same as above. when i go to to enquiry they reply me please contact letter. please take nia that i get my security money earlier.
