Remove caller tune

Hi,

I am Satyanarayana with a postpaid BSNL connection. I am not able to remove the caller tune in my mobile. My mobile number is 9177460376.

I tried all sorts of SMS and calling to the operator service as well... bt all the efforts were in vain. I am not able to remove the hello tune by any means. So please can you remove the caller tune for my mobile.
