I got an airtel recharge of 1987 done in which they promise to provide 1 yr validity and std calls at Re.1 /min for a month from the date of subscription... its been a week since i have got date recharge done but still my std calls are costing me Rs.1.5o/min... on 13th aug dey deducted Re 1. only on my std calls but next day onwards they went back to cut rs 1.50... we place our faith in a company b4 buying its products n this kind of services are really unwanted...
Besides i am not able to speak to any of their customer care executives... wn i call from my number they tell me that i can only msg them... still i m not getting any response...
