First of all, air-tel have substandard customer care executive and they even don't know how 2 great people and how 2 hear their problem, they only just trying 2 disconnect the call as soon as possible, even when customer is paying for this call.
I have informed C.C.E about my customer care service was blocked for 4 months and they gave me first complaint no- 1011280562700 and they ask to wait for 48 hrs. After 3 days level 2 people attended my phone and promise to solve the issue in next 48 hrs. now one week passed still my customer support service is barred.
beside this service provider also disconnect my mobile internet... there is always setting's error.
now i am totally harassed and exhausted to continue using air-tel services.
