Respected Sir/Madam,
On dated 20.07.2010 my cousin Mr. Neeeraj Jindal s/o Sh. Sajjan Jindal applied for issuing new flexi sim card for running on his shop for mobile recharging buisiness at his shop named 'Pick & Speak mobiles' at Jawahar nagar Hisar, gali no. 8, in spite of several phone calls and physical meetings with Your representative Mr. Sunil at your Dogran muhalla, Hisar office (appointed at Jawahar nagar Hisar area) & Mr Tarun his senior. We still not able to get the flexi sim for our business. It is affecting our business and your company's values a lot. We can't expect such delay in this delivery from a leading professional company in this regard. While we have already received flexi sim of all major companies within one -two day time period. Everyday about more than 50 cutomers returning back from our sell counter. which is not a healthy practise at all. We have new business and a big part of our sell we are lossing due to this irresponsible behaviour of your appointed executives there at Jawahar Nagar, Hisar. Kindly be noted that customer has option to select some other company for their commucation. But company has option non other then to connect more and more customers. Then how your appointed representatives are showng like monopoly in the market? in such time of cut throat compitition between all major gients. such delay is very surprising for all of us. Not any company want to loose even single customer. Here we r losing 5-10 new customers everyday. Behaviour of Mr. sunil is very bad and rude during all discussions.
Your good-self s kindly requested to intervention the same as earliest. Some favourable action in this regard will be highly appriciated.
