Sir,

My name is Dyutiman Biswas. I own a sim of your prepaid connection since last two years. Suddenly it seems that your services are getting worst. For example today at 11:20:57 pm I got a sms from your side quoted text that, ” Thank you, your dialer tune has been set as per your request. To enjoy Full Songs Dial 443213. Toll Free”. But I didn’t send any request for that neither I recharge with dialer tune card.

Speaking to one of your customer care executive, who completely disagree to help and said that the amount will be deducted from my account.

Now, think of a number say 10, 000 *Rs 7/- = Rs. 70, 000/-, in a fraction of seconds.

My question is who will refund our money.
