I am having airtel no. (98783-55355) since nov. but on 1 march i was in uk and found that my airtel number is not working then i had conversation with customer care executive who said your number has been closed due to deficiency of id proofs but i have submitted all required id proofs & my photograph at the time of purchasing number. during nov to feb i was not given any message or made a call in regard with deficiency of id proofs. if they had such a problem they should have intimated me so that i cauld submit my id proofs again. due to closing my number i am having to suffer a bigger lose.
