I have placed a request to disconnect my land line number which is 044-43511424 on 3rd Nov 2012 and i have paid the bill amount of 1845rs in airtel showroom adyar.
The rep in the showroom promised that i am not going to receive any more bill from airtel. But it was surprise that i received another bill on 12th dec 2012 and the bill amount was 612.89
i have asked the customer service person to disconnect the line asap as i relocated to UK its not my fault that u kept your service opened for 20days. Just called the customer service no and spoke to this guy named Manikandan he was so rude on the call and he cant even understand english and the phone number given to him more than 3 times. i requested him to transfer the call to his supervisor but he denied. This is not the way that airtel customer service works and he gave a id no 193161633 i spoke to this person around 12.57am on 13th dec. I kindly request you to waive of these charges and send me letter of proper disconnection and take a necessary action against the rep.
