I had made a 150 rs top up transaction on a tata docomo no : 8793042210 on 18th Dec with the transaction no as mentioned in my bank slip as 1218191728. But when i finished my transaction it gave me a transaction unsuccessful remark however the money from my account was deducted. I thought i would get the refund in 5 days but this is 8th day hence i am lodging a complaint. I would request tata docomo to return my money or process the same on my above mentioned mobile no.
