Extra charging without changing the hello tune though i have activated the DNB service I got the call from artel 9892104624 for hello tune promotion

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel mobile with no 09867508388 more than 3 yrs.

I have already activated the Do not Disturb service though I got the call from airtel 09892104628, as i was not able to hear I disconnected the call and try to call back assuming as business call but I came to know that it was from airtel promotional call for hello tune. So I disconnected the call in just few seconds I got the message syaing that your hello tune has been changed and that cost me RS 15.

Airtel is taking customer on grant, I have faced so much tension because of this please take action on this and the charges should not display in my bill.
