This Complaint Is Regarding The Airtel Outlet Showroom In Mosque Road. Many Customers Including Me Are Facing Problem For Paying Bill Amount. They Say Pay By Card Sometimes Pay By Cash Sometimes. Both Option Is Supposed To Be Available For Paying Bill. Inspite Of Droping into The Same Showroom For So Many Times They Had Technical Problems To Refuse Bill Money. For The Mistake On Their Part They Ask Us To Pay Penalty Amount. Their Systems Do Not Work Most Of The Time. This Kind Of Inconvenience Is Caused Most Of the Times. This Problem Persists From More Than 6 Months. Every Now And Then It Happens. And Menu Options In Airtel Customer Care Is So Tricky It Forbits Any Customer To Speak To A Customer Care Executive. They Previously Had Options To Speak. Now Many Unwanted Menu Options Is Available Which Never Helps Customer To Speak To A Customer Care Executive.

Very Bad & Intolerant Service.
