I am using airtel prepaid connection having mobile number 9008102312. Unknowingly one service named Games Club had been activated on my number. Each day they were deducting 5/- Rs. from my main balance for around one month without my notice as i didn't come to know about the same by any message of activation or deduction. When i came to know about this i contacted Airtel Customer Care on 1/12 by 4:50 pm. They ensured me to stop the service instantly and i got request reference number also (CBDGC21201483571) by message. But service was not deactivated and amount had been deducted each day till today.
This has caused me a loss of above 100 rs as i am not aware about of the starting date of the service. I at least deserve refund of amount what has been charged after i asked them to stop service and got mentioned reference number.
I hope and believe that appropriate action will be taken soon.
