Wrong information by customer care on Incoming call charges (national Roaming)

Hi

I am using Loop Mobile No :9870457405 since more than three years. I came to Gurgaon in October which comes in natioal roaming.

I wanted to know roaming call rates (incoming /Outgoing), so I called customer care and asked about the same (i told executive that I am in Delhi-Gurgaon). According to customer care executive incoming calls are free. So i continued using my card.

When monthly bill come I was shocked that Incoming calls were charged ane they were around Rs.104/-.

It is all because wrong information given by customer care executive.

I want that Rs.104/- should be reversed.
