Data package issue

I'm using 98 rs Internet package and every month 98 rupees will be deducted automatically, this month it got deducted with 98 and Internet package is not activated,

on 9th march i was having 250 balance and now it is .9 rs due to the above specified problem,

Request you to activate me Internet package and re fund the currency that you people deducted for Internet usage.
