I have take a new airtel no few days ago. My no is 9635009559.
After few days airtel deactivate my connection, saying that i havn't submit the legal documents. Being given the legal and correct documents at the 1st time, I again submit the same documents again.
But though i submit the documents 3days ago, my connection is still deactivated. I am facing tremendous problem as my ph is in not working condition & i donn't know how many more days i have to spend with this condition. I am totally feud up with airtel.
Have Airtel a little bit responsibly to their customer?
