AIRTEL is fraudulently charging me falsely for downloading packages that I have not asked for

Every day between 00:45 a.m. and 1 a.m. I get a message on my mobile phone (having AIRTEL card) that I have bee charged for some package like one for cricket or another one for bollywood etc. THIS WAY AITEL IS DOING NIGHT TIME ROBBERY FROM MY MOBILE OPHONE ACCOUNT (PRE-PAID SERVICE). I CALLED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BY DIALING 121-1-2-9. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY NUMBER TO COMPLAIN TO.

THIS DAIY ROBBERY BY AIRTEL PEOPLE HAS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
