Gprs speed

Hello,

i have a Prepaid airtel connection with a gprs rs98 plan which allows 2 gb download... but the speed is too low to download anything, it normally moves between 2 to 4kB/s.. i was told the speed would be atleast 20kB/s on a edge phone.. i have a nokia 5800 xm..which is edge enabled ..i would request you to plz look into the matter..let me know if there is any other way to increase the speed.
